I’m committed to energy/water efficiency and reducing the carbon footprint. These apartment/house have had the following energy conservation upgrades:

CFL bulbs in all permanent/fixed lighting fixtures where feasible (over 50%)

Single-stream recycling provided to renters

Major weatherizing issues that let cold air into the apartment have been fixed

Water Conservation measures installed or offered to residents. This may include: aerators for sinks in bathroom and kitchen; low flow showerheads; low flow toilets or water reducing item in toilet tank.

Manitou Springs G R O brochure offered to residents. It will include helpful information about saving energy and money while reducing carbon pollution. (GRO provides)
